My Entrepreneur Story

My boyfriend is an entrepreneur, who owns his own mobile electronic repair company. He is very clumsy and broke his phone many times in his life, and after so many times of breaking his phone and having to go out of his way to drop his phone off, wait hours to get it back, and pay a good amount of money to do all of this, he decided that there has to be a more convenient system. He sat down that same day and thought of a mobile company that goes to its customers at their home, job, or their most convenient location, and fixes their phone or computer on the spot. He started up this company at the age of 17 in South Florida, teaming up with many other companies, and became very successful fast. He also earned 100% of the profit because he did all the work himself, so he knew his customers were getting the fastest and best service possible. He inspires me to understand that no matter what age you are, if you have a vision, you can make it happen. 

I enrolled into ENT3003 because, aside from it being a requirement, I am interested in starting up my own business in the near future, but I have no idea what business it will be. I hope this class leads me even a little closer to finding a business idea that is suitable with my abilities and is interesting enough to want to pursue. I have always been uncertain of what direction I want to go in career wise, and it honestly has been quite frustrating. But with all the resources available in this class, I have a feeling that I could benefit immensely.
